Return & Refund Policy

At Winterberry.in, we take great care in crafting and delivering your personalized products. Due to the nature of customization, we only accept returns or offer replacements under specific conditions.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or broken

  • Customer received the wrong item

  • Incorrect color, size, or design delivered

  • Wrong name or personalization printed

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Email us at support@winterberry.in

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue

Without proper proof (images or video), we may not be able to process your request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences

  • Minor variations in color/placement (as all products are handmade or custom-printed)

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering (e.g., spelling of names)


4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement

  • You cancel the order before it enters production (within 12 hours of purchase)

All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we’ll cover the cost of re-shipping the corrected product.
