Absolutely! Just enter your desired name or message in the personalization box on the product page before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling and details as custom orders cannot be edited once placed.
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they go into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

We’re really sorry! Please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video at info@winterberry.in. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as applicable.
We only accept returns or offer replacements if the item is:

- Incorrect (wrong name, color, size, or product sent)
