After this period, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.

2. Personalized Products

Since our items are personalized and made-to-order, once production has started, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

If you’re within the 12-hour window:

We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation by Winterberry

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable

  • The shipping address is incomplete or invalid

  • There is a payment issue or technical error

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
